Andrew Bish

Founder & CEO

Andrew Bish is the COO of Bish Enterprises and founder of Hemp Harvest Works. After exiting the retail management industry after 14 years, he rejoined the family business in 2012 and transitioned into the agriculture industry. Since 2015, he has been focusing on identifying and resolving the many issues currently facing hemp harvesting and processing. His goal is to provide equipment that helps standardize hemp farming practices, while allowing growers to increase their scale of operation and decrease costs.

Youngest of the three generations of Bish’s, Jacob Bish was born in 1996 to Brad and Christy Bish and older brother, Andrew Bish, founder of Hemp Harvest Works. Jacob grew up in a small farming community in Giltner, Nebraska. His grandfather, Harv Bish, began “Harv’s Farm Supply” in Giltner which has since been renamed “Bish Enterprises”. Harv’s Farm Supply and Bish Enterprises has supplied innovative farming products for over 40 years.

Bradley Bish joined his father Harv’s business is 1983, 7 years after it was started. At the time, Bish Enterprises was known as “Harv’s Farm Supply”. Since then, he has worked tirelessly to provide new and custom solutions to farmers around the globe. Over the years, Brad has been involved in a number of novel and record setting builds. As early as 1991, Brad built the first ever 16 row 20” corn head. Less than 5 years later, he had a hand in building what was at the time, the largest Case International Header on the market, at 16 row 30”.

Born in Falls City, NE, Nancy grew up in Grand Island, NE where she attended Central Community College. She graduated with an Associates Degree in Business Administration. Nancy is a proud mother of two and spends her free time playing on her billiards league, swimming, golfing, and learning how to can.

Blake Earnest

Sales Representative

Born and raised in Wood River, Nebraska where he graduated from Wood River Rural High School in 2016. He later went on to attend Hastings College and graduate in 2020 with bachelor’s degrees in both Business Administration and Marketing. In his free time, he enjoys bowling around the country, golfing with friends, and attending Sprint Car races with family.
